Before you can book: You need a business licence, a food health permit and ServSafe manager certification before booking, and the kitchen must be named as additionally insured on your certificate of insurance for your booking dates. Non-members also pay a $50 booking fee; the cheapest hourly rates require a twelve-month contract.
