Before you can book: A non-refundable $350 onboarding and orientation fee, plus a security deposit set by plan. Booking runs through The Food Corridor and monthly hours do not roll over. Storage is $150/month each for dry, cooler or freezer. 24/7 refers to facility access — the operator states it has no overnight food-truck parking.
A 4,700 sq ft FDA-registered shared kitchen with ten stations and 24/7 access, and one of the most transparent rate cards we have found. Prep kitchen runs $27–$29 an hour, catering and baking kitchens $40–$44, all on a four-hour minimum per shift. Monthly plans start at $540 for 20 hours. A $400/month food-truck package covers facility access only — there is no overnight truck parking.
