Before you can book: No membership needed for hourly use. Users bring their own ingredients and small wares and must finish the same day. Hours are fixed (Mon–Thu 8am–9pm, Fri 8am–4pm, weekends by request) — there is no 24/7 access.
Nonprofit shared kitchen inside the Community Learning Center, and one of the few that will rent to the general public by the hour with no membership required. $50 an hour or $450 a day for for-profit users; qualifying non-profits pay $25 an hour or $200 a day. Memberships run $250–$400 a month on a three-month minimum.
