Before you can book: Membership only — the FAQ states "We are currently only accepting new members" in answer to whether the kitchen can be used one time. Requires an Indiana Department of Health food permit and $1M liability insurance naming The Summit FW, LLC as additional insured. No rates are published.
A 4,800 sq ft commercial and commissary kitchen at The Summit, open around the clock to members. Limited food-truck parking and grey-water dumping are available on site. Membership is currently the only way in — the operator states it is not accepting one-off users.
